Krystina Lau, Registered Massage Therapist

Krystina Lau, RMT, enjoys working with people, and long dreamed of a career in health care. Through massage therapy, she has translated this passion into helping people to regain their health, and reverse the physical effects of stress.

Krystina graduated from Centennial College's three-year Advanced Massage Therapy program in Spring 2009. During her education, she gained valuable and diverse practical experience through clinical placements which focused on treating athletes and persons in palliative care.

Added to her experience with a wide variety of massage techniques, Krystina helps her clients achieve relief from pain and stress caused by muscle overuse, improper posture, repetitive strain and other injuries, to name just a few.

Krystina is a very energetic person who regularly participates in many charity events including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Ride for Diabetes, United Way's CN Tower Climb, and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation's Run for the Cure.

Krystina firmly believes that massage therapy training and registration exams must be held to the highest standards, as she experienced in her education in Ontario. Joining with like-minded individuals in the Ontario Massage Therapy Association and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, she is lobbying for their same high standards to be accepted across Canada.
