What you can expect on your first visit to the Chiropractor

Our chiropractor, Dr. Katherine Tibor, needs a complete picture of your health to provide you with the best possible care. Your first visit will take about one hour or more.

Dr. Katherine will take from you a thorough medical history, and perform postural, orthopedic and muscle strength tests to diagnose your condition.  Then she will discuss with you a plan of management on how to best treat your problem.

Follow-up and Continuing Care

Our initial goal will be to immediately relieve your pain through relief care.  Next we will discuss options available to you for optimal health based on your long-term health goals.

Relief care is provided for immediate pain and discomfort. Depending on your diagnosis, age and physical condition, one or several visits over a short period of time may be necessary.

Corrective care treats problems you have had for a long time. It requires longer-term, more complex care delivered over a number of regular treatments. Your care may also require that you undertake a customized exercise program created for you by our doctors.

Supportive or maintenance care helps you maintain and enjoy the benefits you have received from chiropractic care. This may mean getting periodic treatments to keep you at your best.
